Peace be with you, my friends.
Throughout the Easter Season, we explored how Christ, through His Salvific Work on the Cross and Empty Tomb, provided the means by which we were saved. By saving us, He ushered us into the Kingdom of God, whereby we can experience the reality of Salvation. As I have often said, “Salvation is not a destination. Rather, it is a reality by which we live.”
Now that Easter has concluded, we look toward Pentecost Sunday. However, that does not mean that the conversation of Salvation is over. For the Spirit of God, present at Pentecost, giving birth to the Church, also leads us to the Salvific reality.
